Scottsdale Portrait Session - Family Portraits - Crescendo Photography

Last week I had great fun photographing Renee and her family in Scottsdale! Here are some of my favorites:

The whole family on the perfect grass of the park.

These two have such great smiles!
Photobucket
Pure mischief!
Photobucket
So pretty!

Despite the typical brother/sister reluctance and standing next to each other, these two humored me for a few minutes!

Then we cut loose and ran around for a while, as I got this shot. Aren't they adorable?!?
Renee has the best kids! She and Geoff must be great parents because these two are polite, fun, sweet, intelligent and really awesome! Renee, thank you for letting me photograph your family!!

Fountain Hills Wedding - Arizona Wedding - Crescendo Wedding Photography

Okay, I am getting caught up on my editing and while I am not finished with this June20th wedding, I did manage to pull out some of my favorite images! Kelsey and Tyler were married in Fountain Hills on a gorgeous late Spring evening. It was a standing-room-only ceremony full of love, laughter and tears. Kelsey may be the most creative/talented bride ever! All the special touches she put into the day were amazing - from the paper cake to the custom bouquets to the centerpieces, she must have worked her tail off! Here are some of my favorite images from the day:
Photobucket
Kelsey MADE this cake from paper!! Amazing, I say! The dress was so beautiful and had a lovely creamy sheen. I like how it looks like a living, breathing element to the day haning on this rack, just waiting to make its debut!

These 2 shots were taken in the respective suites of the bride and the groom. I love how it looks like they are looking at each other <3
PhotobucketThe couple opted for a "first look" session before the ceremony and it was a really special moment for them, I think. The shot on the left is just before Tyler turns to see Kelsey and the shot on the right is his reaction.
PhotobucketThe gorgeous couple against the gorgeous Arizona sky.
Photobucket
PhotobucketIt was a packed room, so I had to shoot between peoples shoulders...I think it works well for this shot of Kelsey coming to the altar. I love the look on her dad's face!
PhotobucketTyler was getting misty, too, looking at his beautiful-wife-to-be.
PhotobucketThe beautiful bride on the Corvette, a.k.a. the get-away car!
PhotobucketThe newlywed's first dance where Tyler serenaded his wife. Kelsey's grandparents have been married more than 60 years, I believe and were so adorable to watch, especially as they danced. I love Kelsey hiding behind the napkin :)
PhotobucketGetting artsy with the cigars, the candy and a flashlight.
PhotobucketThe groom and his groomsmen giving me one of those timeless shots I always hope for at a wedding.
A huge thank you to Tyler and Kelsey for allowing me to document the day and kudos to Dr. Kristy for the assist!!
